Beth Case has more than ten years of experience in postsecondary disability services, having worked in both the community college and university environment. She is currently working as a Disability Counselor at North Harris College in Houston, Texas. From 2003 through 2006, Beth was the Outreach Specialist for the Postsecondary Education Consortium Texas State Outreach and Technical Assistance Center (PEC Texas SOTAC). She served as the President of the Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD in Texas) in 2005.

She has presented at workshops and conferences around the country, including the international Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) conference, AHEAD in Texas, and the Postsecondary Education Programs Network (PEPNet). She presented a workshop on using podcasts in the educational environment at the 2006 AHEAD conference in San Diego and will be teaching an on-line course on podcasting for AHEAD in the Fall of 2006.

A self-professed tech-geek-wannabe, Beth is excited about using podcasting to reach other disability professionals and provide them with professional development on demand. When not working or podcasting, Beth likes to play her hammered dulcimer, sing, knit and listen to other podcasts.
